OUR VISION
A Bid Link CIC, recognises that society is made up of communities, which are in turn made up of individuals all impacting on each other and creating the heart-beat of the city.
The Founder Alayna Waithe, recognised that employment amongst young people remains high. Women continue to be impacted upon and are still experiencing lower pay scale than men. And yet still, micro-business support and the many potential opportunities are not fully realised.
There are global, political, social and economic challenges impacting all our lives. A Bid Link CIC was formed to enable targeted support for community organisations overcome economical and performance challenges.
Mission Statement
We aim to unlock opportunities for underserved communities and build a more inclusive and resilient economy by partnering with leading organisations to invest in and empower small businesses, community enterprises, social ventures, and the creative sector. By addressing systemic inequalities, we create pathways for innovation and sustainable economic growth.
Our focus is on enabling access to business support for strategic development, and growth funding. We promote long-term impact by equipping businesses with the tools to think strategically, secure funding, and expand with confidence.
Through collaboration with corporate partners, our programmes offer tailored support for micro business start-ups from diverse economic backgrounds, helping them overcome barriers, scale their ventures, and contribute meaningfully to deprived local communities.
Our mission aligns with corporate social responsibility priorities, driving shared value by promoting economic inclusion, social mobility, and community regeneration. By investing in these efforts, our partners actively contribute to a more equitable future, fostering innovation, creating jobs, and strengthening the communities in which we live and work.
